Delivery area: We deliver within South Africa only.
Courier: All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy.
Shipping cost: A flat rate of R99 applies nationwide, regardless of order size.
Processing and delivery time: Orders are packed fresh once payment reflects. Delivery typically takes 1–4 working days from confirmation of payment. EFT orders are only dispatched once payment has cleared.
Packaging: Our products are packed in sealed kraft paper bags with oxygen absorbers to help maintain freshness during transit.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a waybill/tracking number by email.
Delays: While we aim to meet the 1–4 working day timeframe, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at orders@veldbeesbiltong.co.za.
