When you place an order we collect the details needed to process and deliver it: your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. If you create an account, we also store your login details and order history. We do not collect or store any banking or card details — payment is made by EFT directly into our bank account, and your payment happens entirely through your own bank.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, to contact you about your order, and to respond to your enquiries. If you opt in, we may occasionally send you news or special offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share your name, delivery address and phone number with our courier partners so they can deliver your order. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information with anyone.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to keep your shopping cart working and to remember your session while you browse. These cookies do not store personal information beyond what is needed for the store to function.
How long we keep your information
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes under South African law. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Under POPIA you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, or to ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements).
