VeldBees Biltong is more than just a business to us. It is something we have built together as a father and son, driven by a passion for quality biltong and a desire to continue a family tradition that has been passed down through generations.
The recipes we use today have been in our family for many years. They have been carefully preserved and perfected over time, and every batch we make reflects the same attention to detail and commitment to quality that our family has always believed in.
VeldBees Biltong started as a side business while we both continued working full-time. What began with making biltong for family and friends soon grew through word of mouth. As more people tasted our products, they kept coming back, and what started as a small idea slowly became a dream we decided to pursue together.
We believe good biltong cannot be rushed. We use quality South African beef and game, carefully selected spices, and traditional drying methods to ensure every product meets the standard we have set for ourselves. We only sell products that we are proud to put on our own family’s table.
Every order means more to us than simply making a sale. It is another opportunity to share a piece of our family’s heritage with someone who appreciates authentic South African biltong.
