Our A-Grade Beef Biltong starts with carefully selected lean cuts of premium beef — the kind that doesn’t need anything hidden under heavy spice. We season it with the same family blend we’ve used for generations, then air-dry it slowly and naturally. No heat lamps, no rushing.
The result is biltong with real depth: tender enough to enjoy straight from the packet, firm enough to satisfy. Each order is cut and packed fresh, sealed with an oxygen absorber to keep it exactly as it left our hands.
